Requirement: We are currently looking for an Administrator who can work in our office located in WelTech Business Centre, Welwyn Garden City AL7 2AA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering phone calls in polite and timely manner, putting calls through to relevant people and taking messages.
  • Keeping additional supplies such as Personal Protective Equipment stocked and accessible.
  • Control and monitoring of the office meeting facilities through appointment bookings.
  • Keeping meeting rooms and kitchen/ waiting areas tidy
  • Mailroom responsibilities including franking all post and making sure it is ready for collection by Royal Mail at the end of each day.
  • To comply with Hartwig Care’s Diversity & Equality Policy and our Ethical Policy in every aspect of your work and positively promote the principles of these policies amongst colleagues, service users and care staff.

Ideal candidate qualities include:

  • It is a fast- paced environment, the successful Office Administrator will be interpersonally confident and a pro-active team player.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters and sensitively.
  • Have the ability to thrive under pressure and good organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Showcase a high level of attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload.
  • Have excellent communication skills, always professional and polite.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook
  • Proactive and ability to use initiatives during complex situations.
