Hartwig Care is a London, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Kent-based domiciliary care company that provide care for clients with a broad range of conditions, from the elderly and frail to persons with learning disabilities. Your focus is on supporting our clients after an illness or hospital stay. Your support will help them regain their independence and make the transition to living at home independently once again.

Hartwig Care is currently looking for people who can work on weekdays, evenings and weekends for Reablement Support work in: Camden (NW1), Holborn (WC1, WC2), Tottenham Court Road (W1T) and Kings Cross (N1C, N1)

Schedules:

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

City of London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work authorisation:

United Kingdom (required)

Roles and Responsibilities

Supporting clients and helping them relearn skills
promoting independence
Motivating clients to achieve the goals they have set
Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
Daily reporting and working with office-based members of the reablement team
