I’ve spent the past 19 years managing the private department and one of the aspects I enjoy most is meeting a wide variety of people.

I enjoy working at Hartwig Care as I enjoy interacting with clients, families and mentoring my team. It gives me great pride, the impact we make to so many people.

I enjoy leading teams and managing operations in North London, I thrive on delivering high-quality care and continuously developing my skills, currently pursuing my NVQ Level 5 alongside full-time work.

I have worked with Hartwig since 2018, I started my journey as a care worker and progressed through the roles to where I am currently the Registered Manager. I strive to make positive impacts on our staff and service users alike. 

I love working in care because it allows me to support people with compassion and dignity, making a real difference in their daily lives. Starting as a Support Worker gave me hands-on experience that deepened my commitment to client-centered care and inspired my growth into leadership roles.

I’ve been working for Hartwig Care since September 2012 in the finance department. It is a pleasure to work with my team to contribute to Hartwig Care.

I enjoy working with the team at Hartwig Care and take great pride in sharing the incredible work they do to support our community.
