Oke has over 20 Years’ experience working in the health and social care sector. He started his journey as a care worker whilst completing his degree and has since worked his way through teaching and assessing health and social care in further education colleges. He then joined the private sector initially as a care manager and progressed to operations manager.
Oke has led operations for businesses that provide both commissioned care and private care services, domiciliary and extra care services. Okehave supported registered managers through CQC registrations and inspections where they have achieved a minimum of Good in all areas. Oke has been involved in Greenwich mobilisation for Hartwig Care, and Lewisham-led provider mobilisation for Care Outlook (many years ago).
Oke holds Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services, ILM Level 3 Diploma in Management, Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (Health and Social Care), and BSc in Computer Science

He progressed rapidly in his career at Hartwig Care, moving from a monitoring position to one of the two Registered Managers in charge of all of North London. Sami leads an autonomous team, managing operations, ensuring quality care delivery, and representing the company in lucrative contract negotiations.
Fluent in French, English, and Persian, he has excellent interpersonal skills that build trust with clients. He is a goal-oriented professional who enjoys taking on challenges and seeking new opportunities for growth and development. Working full-time while pursuing his NVQ Level 5, he is dedicated to continuous learning and keeping up with industry best practices.
