Requirement: We are currently looking for a full-time HR business partner to lead and develop HR and recruitment for Hartwig Care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensuring that HR strategies support the overall business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Overseeing recruitment, development, and retention of employees.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to labour laws and regulations to minimize legal risks.
  • Employee Relations: Managing workplace conflicts and fostering effective communication among employees.
  • Change Management: Leading the organization through changes such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Designing and managing competitive compensation packages.
  • Learning and Development: Creating strategies to enhance employees' skills and career growth.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Implementing strategies to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

 

Skills/Requirements:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organisational success.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire HR teams and influence senior management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
  • Change Management: Expertise in managing organizational change and helping employees adapt to new processes and structures.
  • Conflict Resolution: Skills to mediate and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and addressing the needs and concerns of employees.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple HR projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and tools to streamline HR operations.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7.
