Requirement: We are currently looking for a full-time HR business partner to lead and develop HR and recruitment for Hartwig Care.

Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment: Ensuring that HR strategies support the overall business objectives.
- Talent Management: Overseeing recruitment, development, and retention of employees.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to labour laws and regulations to minimize legal risks.
- Employee Relations: Managing workplace conflicts and fostering effective communication among employees.
- Change Management: Leading the organization through changes such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
- Compensation and Benefits: Designing and managing competitive compensation packages.
- Learning and Development: Creating strategies to enhance employees' skills and career growth.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Implementing strategies to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

- CIPD Level 5 or 7.
