“In 2017, I embarked on my journey with Hartwig Care as a dedicated care worker, providing intricate care to service users with complex needs. As I immersed myself in this role for two years, my commitment and competence were acknowledged, leading to my elevation as a Monitoring Officer. Here, I diligently ensured ECM compliance and seamless care worker allocation, resolving issues promptly to uphold the highest standards of service.
My journey continued with an elevation to the role of an Out-of-Hours Coordinator, where I efficiently managed emergent matters, ensuring each service user received timely and dedicated care. Progressing further, I took on the responsibility of a Field Care Supervisor, conducting initial assessments and championing a person-cantered care approach, ensuring compliance while prioritizing individualized care.
Throughout my journey at Hartwig Care, I’ve experienced unwavering support and encouragement, especially during the transition to the role of an Out-of-Hours Coordinator. It was during this pivotal period that Hartwig provided invaluable support, enabling me to pursue and successfully complete an NVQ Level 2 course. The trajectory of my growth within Hartwig Care accelerated as I transitioned into roles of greater responsibility, first as a Care Manager and swiftly advancing to the role of Contract Manager for the City of London borough. This tenure highlighted my proficiency in managing contractual obligations and overseeing operations effectively.
Finally, in December 2022, I reached a significant milestone in my career journey with Hartwig Care as I was promoted to the esteemed position of ‘Registered Manager’. This achievement stands as a testament to the years of dedication, learning, and commitment I’ve invested in the company.
