Over the past three years, Dhruvil has shown remarkable personal and professional growth at Hartwig Care. He began as a carer while completing his undergraduate studies, balancing coursework with overnight shifts to support dementia patients in Hackney and the City of London. Dhruvil credits the office team—especially Manager Sami—for their guidance and encouragement during this period.

Stepping Into Leadership

After graduating, Dhruvil aimed to move into an office-based role within healthcare. Hartwig Care recognised his potential and, following extensive training, promoted him to Field Care Supervisor for the City of London business unit. In this position, his passion for healthcare has only grown stronger as he continues to make a positive impact on the local community.

Current Role and Responsibilities

With a year of supervisory experience, Dhruvil now manages the City of London business unit. He ensures high-quality care services and supports the Camden CCG and private department colleagues. As part of Team 2, led by Registered Manager Sami, Dhruvil works alongside five dedicated team members to deliver exceptional care. His role demands strong communication and problem-solving skills. He oversees carers and clients, collaborates with social workers on care plans, and coordinates services efficiently. Email follow-ups play a key role in managing care packages. Dhruvil values the insights he gains from colleagues and finds the dynamic, team-oriented environment highly rewarding.
