On Friday, 1 December, Hartwig Care Hertfordshire organised a pre-Christmas party for its service users and staff. The party was held at the St. Francis of Assisi Church. The event was a great opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the past year, to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication, to spread some festive cheer and celebrate it with our service users.
The party started at around 12 pm with a welcome speech by the operations manager, who expressed his gratitude to the service users and staff for their resilience, commitment and appreciation. He also highlighted some of the positive feedback and outcomes that Hartwig Care Hertfordshire received from the local authority, and the service users themselves. Everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch, followed by one of our client’s partner playing the piano whereby all attendees participated in some carol singing.
The party was a great opportunity for service users and staff to socialise, have fun and share their experiences of Hartwig Care. It was a huge success, with many service users and staff expressing their appreciation and happiness. One service user said: “I had a wonderful time today. It was nice to see everyone and have some fun. I felt very cared for and valued by Hertfordshire Hartwig Care. This was a lovely gesture from Hartwig Care as it showed how much they respect and support us. I am proud to be cared by this company”.
Everyone left with a smile on their face and a festive spirit in their heart. Hartwig Care Hertfordshire would like to thank all the service users and staff who attended the party, as well as the Hertfordshire St Francis Church.
