From 6–8 August, our senior management team completed a three-day IOSH health and safety training course. This programme, run by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), strengthens leadership skills and promotes safer workplaces.
The training covered key areas:
- Health and safety responsibilities for managers
- Hazard identification and risk assessment
- Accident investigation procedures
- Measuring and improving safety performance
