When I was discharged from the hospital after my operation in September last year, I began receiving twice-daily care from Hartwig Care (morning and evening), and they have been wonderful for me. They help me take a shower, get dressed, make my bed, and prepare my food. They always assist with whatever I need. They make me feel happy. They are incredibly helpful, and I love them for it.

The carers always make me laugh. If I'm feeling down, they are there to help me through it. They talk to me and lift my spirits when I'm upset. They provide the companionship that most people in my position yearn for. While I have family, it's important to have someone outside the family, and they provide that, along with washing me or making me a cup of tea, which is lovely.

I have been with Hartwig Care for about five years now. It is comforting to know that someone is coming to help me. Having a live-in carer with me at the moment provides an extra layer of support and companionship. They ensure that I am well taken care of and help me maintain my independence as much as possible.
