At Hartwig Care, we provide Home Care & Support, also known as Domiciliary Care.
Hartwig Care provides a bespoke visiting home care service, to offer a little extra support; allowing you to continue living independently in your own home.
The service is extremely flexible – our Hartwig Care Assistants can visit once a week, or up to several visits a day throughout the week, depending on what is needed. We understand the importance of continuity, and depending on your requirements, there may be two or three Hartwig Care Assistants who will visit on a rota basis.

Why choose Home Care
Stay in a familiar environment
We can support you in maintaining your independence while receiving the necessary care you need, as well as creating a familiar and stress-free environment. With our help, you can enjoy a higher quality of life without the need to leave your cherished home.
Highly Trained Professionals
We pride our selves on our meticulous, accredited training. All our new starters, no matter their experience, spend their first week, learning the ins and outs of how we work! This means you can trust us to provide you or your loved ones consistent high quality care.
Personalised, One-To-One Support
At home care ensures dedicated, tailored care that focuses solely on the individual’s needs and wishes. Unlike shared settings, carers provide uninterrupted support, helping to manage symptoms, pain, and emotional well-being with compassion and dignity.
Time with Family and Loved Ones
Home-based care makes it easier for family and friends to spend meaningful time together without strict visiting hours. Loved ones can be present, involved, and supported throughout the process, creating a more personal and connected experience.
Respect for Personal Routines and Wishes
Care at home respects the person’s values, preferences, cultural or religious practices, and choices about how they wish to spend their remaining time. This level of personalisation is harder to achieve in institutional settings.
How a carer can help
At Hartwig Care, our Care Assistants can carry out a number of different activities when they visit, whether it be a trip to the shops or helping with hoovering followed by a cup of tea and a chat.
