Francisca N. (Moorland): has earned the well-deserved title of Care Worker of the Month for her exceptional contributions to our Extra Care services at Moorland Court. She has been an invaluable asset to the Moorlands team. Her role as a dedicated night carer is marked by her unwavering commitment to ensuring seamless shift coverage. Notably, Francisca recently assumed the responsibilities of a Senior night carer during the annual leave of our regular senior staff member, and she excelled in ensuring all shifts were adequately staffed. She readily steps in whenever night shifts require additional support. Beyond her dedication to staffing, Francisca’s devotion extends to our service users’ well-being and comfort during the night-time hours. She consistently ensures that all our clients are settled in for the night, providing them with everything they need to feel comfortable and cared for.
Gloria B. (Weybridge): has received well-deserved recognition for her incredible two decades of unwavering commitment to both Hartwig Care and its precursor, Heath Lodge. Gloria embarked on her journey with Heath Lodge back in August 2003. Throughout her tenure, Gloria has consistently exhibited exceptional qualities in her role. She has proven herself to be reliable, honest, and compassionate. She has consistently gone the extra mile to ensure the well-being of our service users. We count ourselves exceptionally fortunate to have someone of Gloria’s caliber as part of our team, and she undeniably shines as a symbol of excellence within our organisation.
Merkeb T. (Camden): From wake-in nights to live-in shifts, inductions, and even short-notice cancellations, Merkeb has experienced a wide range of situations this month. Her warm and inviting personality has earned our trust, making her one of the most dependable and dedicated employees we can rely on, even in the face of various challenging circumstances.
